This place is perfect and clean, in a fairly nice area, with clean and brand-new rooms, comfortable bed, and super-friendly staff.

Clean, great family-run hotel with courteous staff. the rooms have excellent linens and modern equipment. - Superb and excellent food. - Excellent setting next to skiing, ski lifts, shops, and restaurants. - Located on the mountains, such a great stay with no reason to complain.

The building and rooms are lovely, with excellent linens and a wide array of supplies including a flat-screen TV, central heating, and an individual safe.

Hotel Gran Fanes exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was exceptional. Despite not being a luxury hotel, the prices were very reasonable for what was provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. From the renovated rooms with their great balconies and comfortable beds to the basic amenities, everything was well thought out. Lastly, the staff were fantastic. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was flawless.

The hotel is a bit of a distance from the bustling restaurants, but a regular bus service connects the hotel to the town.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Spent 5 days during Christmas and had an amazing stay! the location was perfect - easy access to public transportation with buses stopping just a few meters from the hotel. the staff was very friendly and provided us with all the information we needed to make our stay comfortable. the breakfast was really good with a wide range of options to choose from. I loved the fact that they had a sports kit wash included, which was great for us as we had fun skiing daily. the wellness facilities were also amazing especially the sauna and the jacuzzi which was so relaxing!
